No. Tap Continue as Guest on the sign-in screen. Guest entries stay on that device. They don’t sync to another device or automatically move into an account when you sign in.
Open the logging screen, enter the details you want to keep, and save. Find earlier bowel-movement entries in History and open an entry to edit it.
You may. Guest mode stores entries on your device and doesn’t provide an account backup. Avoid deleting the app as a troubleshooting step if you need to keep those entries.
Check that you’re using the email address you signed up with. If you received a confirmation email, open it on the device where you signed up. If you’re unsure of your password, use Forgot Password? to request a reset.
Tap Forgot Password? on the sign-in screen and enter your account email. Open the newest reset email on the same device where you requested it. Check your spam folder if it doesn’t arrive. If the link has expired or was already used, request a new one.
Account entries need an internet connection. Check your connection and try again. If it still fails, note what you were doing and the exact error message. Avoid repeatedly saving the same entry while you’re unsure whether the first attempt worked.
Your account can read your own entries. An accepted friend can see a bowel-movement entry only when it is marked for sharing. Private entries and personal health summaries aren’t shared with friends. Guest entries stay on your device.
One person sends a request and the other person accepts it. A pending request doesn’t grant access to health entries. You can decline a request, cancel one you’ve sent, or remove a friend.
Once removal succeeds, that person can no longer load your shared entries through the app. This can’t take back anything they already copied or saved. If removal shows an error, retry before assuming access has ended.
Some older pending requests were reset during a privacy update. Send a new request if it no longer appears.
Open Profile, choose Delete Account, and read the confirmation before continuing. Successful deletion removes your sign-in account, profile, cloud health logs, and friend connections. It is permanent. If the app can’t confirm deletion, sign in again to retry if the account still exists.
No. Delete Data clears bowel-movement logs while keeping your account. It doesn’t currently clear every supplemental health record. Delete Account removes the account and its cloud records. Guest data and information already written to Apple Health are separate from your cloud account.
The app records what you enter. It can’t diagnose a condition. Ask a qualified healthcare professional about symptoms or changes that concern you.

Include your app version, iOS version, what you were trying to do, and the exact error. A screenshot can help; crop out any health details you don’t want to share.
